Enhanced Senses
While Matt is totally blind, his other senses function at superhuman levels. For example, he can read by touch, sense changes in temperature and air pressure as they happen, remember any scent or taste he encounters, and hear a human heartbeat from 20 feet away. He can track individuals across great distances based on their scent, tell how long a body has been dead based on its temperature, etc. He has deduced secret identities based on scent and hearing, and can tell whether or not people are related to each other based on their scent. His hearing is his most accurate sense, so sensitive that he can tell whether or not a person is lying by listening to their pulse. However, his enhanced hearing is a duel-edged sword. Loud noises cause him great pain, and particularly busy locales can leave his senses feeling overwhelmed. He also has a lower threshold for pain than most people, due to his sense of touch being so developed.

Radar and Electromagnetic Awareness
Matt has a specialized 'radar sense' which functions similarly to echolocation. He is able to pinpoint the location of objects by listening to the reverberations made by ambient sounds against objects and people. This sense also allows him to detect other forms of electromagnetic waves. He is capable of detecting and identifying radiation across the entire electromagnetic spectrum, from gamma to radio and all types in between. He can tell immediately if something nearby is radioactive, and if something nearby is giving off a radio signal, he'll know it, though he won't be able to understand the message being transmitted.

Ninja Skills
Matt is a member of the order of the Chaste, having received training in ninjutsu from his sensei, Stick. He has mastered the eighteen disciplines of the shinobi, and he is competent with katanas, spears, naginatas, kusarigama, knives, and projectiles, in addition to being an expert in wielding all types of stick weapons which range from staffs, batons, and nunchaku to paired eskrima sticks. He has combined his martial arts training with his gymnastics and boxing skills to form a hybrid fighting style, a true mix of East and West. Matt has learned basic pain control techniques, and meditation based self-healing techniques. He can also use a variety of pressure points to paralyze an entire body or certain parts of the body and can disable eye sight, speech, cause excruciating pain, or even death.

Okay, so you've got an idea of what all Matt can do. So, that being said, can Matt recognize you by scent/sound/etc.? Does he have permission to deduce your secret identity? Can he deduce familial relationships based on your scent? What do you smell like? Okay darlings, please fill out this happy little form if you'd like to answer any of these questions for me.

Does Matt have permission to deduce your secret identity using his senses? Sure, though it's not that secret. If he ever busts her robbing somewhere, though, yeah.
Do you have any powers or abilities that Matt can pick up on using his senses? She has bad luck abilities, so he might be able to dodge if something tries to like... fall on him, but, the power itself probably not.
What do you smell like? Maybe lavender or vanilla-scented shampoo when she's not on the job. When she is, likely just soap and leather since she's being discreet.
Anything else? She may occasionally smell like James Bond, the Riddler (probably most often, since they live together), or Mark Grayson, too, depending.

Do you have any powers or abilities that Matt can pick up on using his senses? His power is 'Electrostatic Energy Generation', so basically, he creates/manipulates electricity, so he probably would be able to pick that up, yes.
What do you smell like? A car battery. akdhakhf. Electricity and ozone and perhaps burnt skin/clothes on occasion.
Anything else? Niet.

Character Name: Bob Reynolds
Does Matt have permission to recognize the sound of your heartbeat? Yes. Though it probably is slightly different depending on if he's the Sentry or the Void.
Does Matt have permission to recognize you by scent? Yes, though see below on different scents, he might not recognize them all as Bob at first (unless he's already met Bob in all his various states, which he may have).

Do you have any powers or abilities that Matt can pick up on using his senses? Hm, probably. Bob's mostly uses his powers for Flight + super strength + occasionally other things when he flips out, so I think Matt could. Just not positive on the details askjf.
What do you smell like? Does sunlight have a smell... if so that's what he smells like. As Bob, probably aftershave, linen, and faintly of sweat. And... burning and woody and something distasteful, as Void. Whose smell probably changes, but.

What do you smell like? Strongest is probably the undertone of spandex and webbing fluid...but vanilla body wash and hazelnut coffee, too.

It's all done through his auditory senses, but his "voice" if it can be called that normally makes a normal person who can hear him uncomfortable, like their fillings are vibrating or something, so I'm sure it would make Matt very uncomfortable.
What do you smell like? He smells like cologne, bad coffee, and occasionally like weed if he's been smoking and doesn't shower. Also of being around lots of people, go go gadget politician!

Character Name: Edward Nygma

Does Matt have permission to deduce your secret identity using his senses? Eddie's identity as Riddler isn't secret.
Do you have any powers or abilities that Matt can pick up on using his senses? Eddie has what he calls 'falsehood detection', which is a deceitful title in itself: one assumes he can detect lying, but what he really detects is untruth. Things that are ultimately false. He has a physical reaction to untruths, which is a slight tingling, and although he no longer reacts to it visibly, Matt could probably pick up on a sharper breath or muscles clenching in reaction. But to connect the reaction to an untruth, one would have to know what was false.
What do you smell like? Paper, ink, newsprint. Leather, from his gloves, wood or bronze depending on which riddlecane is in hand. Eddie favors subtle colognes with woody undertones, and on occasion he smokes and drinks.
Anything else? He's a bit of a womanizer, but as of late he's been spending more time with Felicia Hardy. Who also lives with him. So she probably has nasty lavender scents all over. Yes, all over. He's in frequent company with Desire, as well.

Character Name: Parker Robbins.

Do you have any powers or abilities that Matt can pick up on using his senses? Parker's set includes invisibility, levitation and demonic transformation. Matt would be able to figure out all three when they're employed.
What do you smell like? Faint scent of burning and asphalt. Cheap aftershave. Neutral soap. Demonic cloak.
Anything else? Parker hangs around Electro and Ivy. A lot. So on occasion he smells like one or the other. ~~But never both at the same time.~~

What do you smell like? The simplest of soaps, sweat. He tends to walk around barefoot too, so his feet might give off a bit more, dirt and pavement and the like. Maybe a touch of ink. IDK.
Anything else? Um. ETA: When he's working on a project, he tends to surround himself with stuff related to it - right now he's working on christmas so there might be a hint of cinnamon. I'll try to describe if they ever meet.

Character Name: Flint Marko / Sandman

What do you smell like? ...sand... But in all seriousness, he does smell like sand! He also replaces his sand a lot, and it's not always easy to get raw silicates, so he might also smell like beaches and sea or children's sandbox or wherever he picked up sand from.
Anything else? I think I covered most of the details, but yeah.

Character Name: Monster in the Darkness
Does Matt have permission to recognize the sound of your heartbeat? Yep!
Does Matt have permission to recognize you by scent? Yep!
Does Matt have permission to deduce familial relationships based on your scent? Uh, no?
Does Matt have permission to deduce your secret identity using his senses? Yep - he doesn't really have a secret identity, but this goes for when the darkness is On (it only works visually so for all intents and purposes, Matt shouldn't even be aware the Monster has it)
Do you have any powers or abilities that Matt can pick up on using his senses? He has powers, but nothing really sense-able.
What do you smell like? He doesn't really uh, wash as much as he probably should. He eats a lot (especially beef stew), so he might be carrying various food scents. There should be one other scent that just.... smells off and unable to place - the lingering smell of whatever creature he really is - an unsettling unusual smell.
Anything else? Don't think so?

Negotiator has the ability to dimension-step, which essentially makes him invisible or replaces his appearance with an illusion - in the former case, it's more than just invisibility, he's both there and not there. Think of it as a rather suspicious GAP - like something should be there but it's not - eg, he'd make no sounds, but sound would bounce off of it IDEK. In the latter case, usually it's just a visual illusion, so nothing would change.
What do you smell like? WEIRD ALIEN SMELL. Very clean, not a lot of scents! Probably places he'd been. Possibly a hint of dried blood, depending.
Anything else? complicated powers are complicated

Character Name: Len Snart/Captain Cold

He can make bubbles of silence around himself, and I'm sure his changing parts of himself around (or himself as a whole) would be REALLY weird to hear. If he's using his ability to cancel emotions on someone, it's possible that if they were emitting like fear-stink or something it would just... slowly vanish.
What do you smell like? Your average little boy, basically. Average soap/shampoo, sometimes sweat or dirt, and probably whatever critters been around or places he's gone. Nothing too special.

What do you smell like? Alcohol (beer or scotch, usually), tobacco, pot. Watercolour and acrylic paint. Shoe polish.
Anything else? He usually wears a pair of black leather boots with hobnail soles. So Matt will probably be able to hear him coming from a preeeetty fair distance.

Do you have any powers or abilities that Matt can pick up on using his senses? uh well her main power is immunity to any and all diseases so i don't think that would smell like anything. if it does, go for it. her other powers are general rogue abilities which is like heightened dexterity, that sort of thing so i don't think that has a smell save for whatever substances she uses for like...smokescreens.
What do you smell like? she probably reeks of sex...no, she definitely reeks of sex, and he could probably tell that she has sex in like unsavoury locations like back alleyways, bar bathrooms, clubs, etc. she also smells like the sea, being a pirate and all, so a general briny/nautical smell should set her apart. and of course, alcohol.
